APCDA invites you to attend this international conference where all presentations will be in English.  The audience will consist of delegates from many Asian countries and regions as well as other parts of the world.  This conference provides opportunities for networking, sharing among practitioners, and identifying new resources.  Breakout sessions will be divided into four tracks:

  • Serving School Populations (K-12)
  • Serving College Students
  • Serving Working or Job Seeking Adults
  • Research on Career Issues

The audience will include career and school counselors, counselor educators, workforce development professionals, human resource professionals, and career development practitioners at all age levels and in all settings (school, college and university, government, business, agency, corrections, and private practice). Delegates are encouraged to bring their own translators.

    The two 3-hour PDIs by the keynoters provide a more in-depth learning experience, where you will have the time to really learn the skills and content.

    Optional tours of local career services such as Enabling village, Center for Future-Ready Graduates at NUS or Singapore Management University Career Center.
  • Morning Tour of Gardens by the Bay with lunch

    Visit the iconic tree-like vertical gardens-Super tree Grove designed with large canopies that provide shade in the day and come alive with special effects of light and sound at night. Next, enjoy a cool leisurely stroll through the Flower Dome and immerse in a world of perpetual spring. Replicating the cool and dry Mediterranean climate, the Flower Dome showcases exotic plants from 5 continents in 9 different gardens.   End with a dim sum lunch.

  • Taste of Singapore Food Tour

    Taste Singapore's rich food heritage and taste fabulous dishes with Malaysian, Chinese and Indian roots.

CEU Clock Hours Available: Our annual conference is an opportunity for networking, professional development, and to earn 12.25 CE Clock Hours from the US NBCC.  Add 6 more CE Clock Hours with the PDIs.

Refund policy: Registrations that are canceled at least 4 days prior to the event can be refunded.  After that time, there are no refunds.
