Woongtae Kim, President, PhD, is CEO & President of Career Building System & Consulting Co. Carmela (Carla) Siojo, Past-President, was the Representative of the Office of Placement and Career Services at the Ateneo de Manila University for 7 years. She finished a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry: Family Ministry and Counseling both at the Ateneo de Manila University. She served as the Philippine Country Representative for APCDA and is now the Past President of APCDA. She is involved with other professional organizations such the National Career Development Association (NCDA), Association of Placement Practitioners of Colleges and Universities (APPCU) in the Philippines, and the Career Development Association of the Philippines (CDAP). Sing Chee Wong, President-Elect, is a Career Consultant and Trainer with many years of experience in career coaching, counselling and training. She is accredited by the National Career Development Association (USA) and Institution for Adult Learning (Singapore) to be a Career Development Facilitator Instructor (CDFI), and Master Trainer for the Advanced Certificate in Career Development Facilitation (ACCDF) respectively. Constance Jenkins Pritchard, Treasurer, PhD, founded The Pritchard Group in 1993. Dr. Pritchard, principal and owner, has more than 25 years of experience in training and business.  She is certified as a Master Trainer by NCDA and has delivered Facilitating Career Development training, NCDA Instructor Training, and customized training nationally and internationally for over 10 years, including clients from China, Russia, Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, the Middle East, and Peru.  Dr. Pritchard currently chairs the NCDA Credentialing Commission and was instrumental in FCD Curriculum development. Brian Hutchison, Past President, PhD, LPC, CCCE, is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Counselor Education at New Jersey City University, USA. Dr. Hutchison received his doctorate degree in Counselor Education & Supervision from Pennsylvania State University and has worked as a career, school, and mental health counselor. Brian’s career consultation and education work operates within the brand of Global Career Guywhere he specializes in developing career publications, keynote talks, workshops, and on-line career coaching and mentorship content for global career professionals. He has more than four dozen publications and is currently writing the 13th Edition of School to Career, a textbook for high school students. Satomi Chaudasama, PR Committee Chair, NCC, CCC, GCDF, is a founding member of APCDA and the current chair of the Public Relations Committee. Originally from Japan, she has been working in the career development field in higher education institutions in the United States for more than 18 years. Satomi is passionate about helping people identify and pursue their career aspirations as well as global career development and cultural transitions. She is currently working in the Office of Career Services at Princeton University where she has spent over 11 years in career counseling and employer engagement. Tuna Dagli, Program Committee Chair, earned her BSc degree in Chemical Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Turkey. For 5 years, she worked in the production, quality and R&D departments of international companies such as Colgate Palmolive and Kraft Foods in engineering and supervisory roles. As a means to change her profession towards social sciences, Tuna studied I/O Psychology in Koc University, Turkey, receiving her MA degree in 2007. During her graduate studies she worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant, which yielded in various research presentations in conferences, such as AOM, EAWOP and ISSWOV and a book chapter on “Nepotism in HRM”. Following her graduation; Tuna worked in the HR field; respectively as the Head of Recruitment & Employer Branding in BSH, HR Manager of Turkey, then of East Europe in Indesit Company, Senior HR Manager of MEA in Whirlpool (after acquisition of Indesit Company) before joining to Koç University Career Development Center as the Representative in 2015. Besides her leadership role in this position; she conducts 1:1 career coaching sessions with students. She instructs “Start Your Career Today” Seminar to all freshmen every year and serves as an internal coach in Koç University for the administrative staff. She completed her ADLER Central Europe Certificated Coaching Program in 2016. Tuna has joined ICCI as a Board Member of Governors, as of September 2019. Allan Gatenby, Bylaws and Policies Committee Chair, FRIM CMF, is a thought leader in career and talent development. Began practicing as a school-based careers adviser in 1977, consultant to schools 1980 – 87. Established his private practice in 2007 and now is globally networked and servicing. Active member of APCDA, CDAA, ACPI and Chairman of the Board of Governors Institute of Career Certification International (ICCI). Natalie Kauffman, Newsletter Committee Chair, M.S., NCDA Certified Career Counselor, CSP-I, NCC, NCCC, GCDF-I has been providing both on-site and virtual comprehensive career development support to individuals and groups across the U.S. and around the world for more than 30 years. From experience gained traversing business, government, education and NPO settings and serving the ‘Z generation’ to ‘baby boomers’, Natalie is able to carefully tailor strategies and techniques to meet specific client or unique organizational needs. She is the proud recipient of NCDA's Outstanding Career Practitioner Award for exceptional performance providing career development services and a seasoned online Worklife Careers Expert through her past experience with the WashingtonPost.com. Natalie is also an adjunct faculty member/visiting instructor across multiple higher education institutions and enjoys presenting locally, regionally, nationally and internationally on a myriad of career development topics. She earned her M.S. in Applied Behavioral Counseling with a Career Counseling concentration from The Johns Hopkins University School of Education. Soonhoon Ahn, Membership Committee Chair, a progressive and visionary Global Career Strategist, Career Mentor and Career Strategist, is passionate about helping clients with their career planning, career development, job searches and career/life transitions. She is a lifelong advocate of careers in international development for professionals seeking to advance the quality of human life. Her extensive professional work experience is rooted in her decades-long international recruitment and human resource management experiences with the World Bank Group (WBG) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She earned a MA in Career Counseling in 2002 and has provided career counseling, outplacement services and job search trainings to individuals and consulted on various US federal government assignments. Hsiu-Lan (Shelley) Tien, Research Committee Chair, PhD, received her Ph.D. in Counselor Education from the University of Iowa in 1993. She is a professor and Department Chair at the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling at the National Taiwan Normal University. She was a Fulbright visiting scholar at the Department of Psychology at the University of Maryland (2005-6; 2011-2012). She has also served as President of Taiwan Career Development and Consultation Association (TCDCA), Taipei Counseling Psychologist Association, and APCDA. Currently she is Representative of TCDCA. Raza Abbas, Pakistan Country Representativeis the Chief Executive Officer of Pathway Global Career Institute and Founder of professionalization of Career Education in Pakistan. He earned the Outstanding Career Practitioner Award from APCDA in May, 2017, was recognized by UNESCO as one of the leading Social Entrepreneurs in Asia in the Philippines in 2017, and was profiled in a global bestselling book, The World Book of Hope. Lucila Bance, Philippines Country Representative, PhD, is the Representative of the Counseling and Career Center of the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. A recipient of a grant to develop a model counseling and career center in the Philippines from USAID STRIDE. A recipient of a lifetime achievement award from APCDA in Career Development. Agnes Banyasz, Australia Country Representative, is a career strategist and intercultural communications coach with 30 years’ experience that spans industries and continents. For 10 years she managed the first faculty-based career center at the University of Melbourne that offered customized career services to business students and alumni. She is a CICA accredited Certified Leading Professional, maintains memberships in key professional associations and has participated in conferences all over world. This connectedness to local and international best practice allows her to build strong and rewarding relationships with clients. Anne Rouh-Ling Chen, Taiwan Country Representative, is the Senior Consultant of Aspire Academy. She is the President of Taiwan Women Career Development Association.  Anne is the CEO of Global Career Development System. She was an executive for international IT and logistics companies. She usually worked closely with the CEO in designing and executing Talent Career Development, Strategic Human Resource Management, Cross-Cultural Team Building, and Culture & Core Competency and Leadership Development Programs. She is also an Executive Coach for global managers. Ms. Chen is the pioneer who established the Career Development Center at Soochow University in Taiwan. She is an active member of APCDA, and Board Member of TCDCA (Taiwan Career Development and Consulting Association), and Supervisor of CHRMA (Chinese Human Resource Management Association in Taiwan). Rich Feller, USA Country Representative, PhD is NCDA Past-President, Professor Emeritus of Counseling and Career Development and University Distinguished Teaching Scholar at Colorado State University, and recipient of the NCDA Eminent Lifetime Career Award. Lorraine Godden, Canada Representative, PhD, is an adjunct Assistant Professor at both Queen’s and Yorkville Universities where she teaches policy, leadership, and adult education courses on bachelor of education and masters programs. Dr. Godden’s research is rooted in understanding how educators interpret policy and curriculum to make sense of career and life planning, work-integrated-learning, adult learning, school-to-work transition, and other educational multidisciplinary and public policies. Her research has been published in national and international journals and conferences, and she has successfully completed many collaborative, empirical, and community-based research projects that have informed theory, policy, and practice-based initiatives. Dr. Godden currently serves on the Board of Representatives of CERIC and was a Member of Team Canada for the International Centre for Career Development and Public Policy (2017-2019). William Gunawan, Indonesia Country Representative, is a Senior Lecturer with a demonstrated history of working from the Faculty of Psychology, Krida Wacana Christian University (UKRIDA), Jakarta. Skilled in Career Development, Coaching, Counseling, Educational Psychology, and Lecturing. Strong research professional with an S3 focused in Career Development from Griffith University, Australia and S2 focused in Educational Psychology from the University of Indonesia. I have a special interest in Career Development and currently developing a new perceived future employability scale which will be useful to investigate the perceptions that young adults have on their future employability, and how these perceptions influence their current behavior and well-being. Zhijin Hou, North China Area Representative, Ph. D. is a Professor at the Beijing Normal University. She has expertise in career development and counseling psychology. She has over 40 peer reviewed journal publications, 2 series of textbooks, and 3 translated books and presented over 40 conference presentations in these areas. Gulnur Ismayil, Azerbaijan Country Representative, is a qualified Global Career Development Facilitator with more than 10 years of experience in career development and guidance. Mrs. Ismayil is currently holding position of Career Management Center Representative at ADA University, where she was responsible for the establishment of the Center, development of its resources and services for the students of ADA. Throughout those years, Gulnur was involved in various volunteer trainings for the youth of SABAH Groups, ASAN Volunteers and others to speak about essentials of career planning and management. Before joining ADA University, Mrs. Ismayil has worked for the international executive recruitment agency, Michael Page International, in Moscow, Russia. She facilitated establishment of a new business line in Sales and Marketing for the Healthcare and Government sectors with the extensive personnel match and development for the relevant businesses. She holds a degree in Area Studies and IR from the Volgograd State University, Russia, a postgraduate certificate in Talent and Career Management from the Charted Institute for Personnel and Development ; Middlesex University, UK and a Master degree in Diplomacy from the University of Nottingham, UK. Yevgeniya Kim, Kazakhstan Country Representative, has a BA in English Teaching, MA of International Journalism and Mass Communications majoring in PR, and an Executive Degree in Business Administration. She is Representative of the Career and Advising Center at Nazarbayev University, Kazakhstan. The Center unites a committed group of professionals who are there to help the students and graduates of Nazarbayev University to successfully connect their academic accomplishments with a wide range of career opportunities. Anjana Kulasekara, Sri Lanka Country Representative, Founder/CEO of CareerMe®, is an alumnus of the University of Hong Kong where she graduated with a FirstClass Bachelor of Science degree, Dean's Honor's List with a double major in Biotechnology and Finance. She is a recipient of the Philip K H Wong Foundation Scholarships and recipient of the Lee Chung Yin Jubilee Prize for best student in Biotechnology 2014. During her school academic years, Anjana was also a sports captain and has a Cambridge High Achiever Award for A/L Mathematics. Additionally, she was an organizing member of a Hong Kong volunteer group that focused on holding vocational skills transfer programs for women within disadvantaged communities in Kolkatta, India. Hector Lin, Singapore Country Representative, is the Secretary-General of the People Career Development Association (PCDA) of Singapore. He is currently serving as a Representative at Jobkred, a technology company that uses Big Data and Artificial Intelligence to provide career technologies, digital guidance systems and tools. Hector is trained in Singapore’s WSQ Advanced Certificate in Career Development Facilitation (ACCDF) / Global Career Development Facilitator-Singapore (GCDF-SG) and Singapore’s WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). He is also a Practising Management Consultant (PMC) certified by Singapore Business Advisors & Consultants Council (SBACC). Hector possesses an Executive Master of Science in Marketing from Baruch College, City University of New York. Poh Li Lau, Malaysia Country Representative, PhD, is a senior lecturer in Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling at University of Malaya. She received her BA and PhD in Counseling from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. Her research interests include career counseling, positive psychology, resilience and well-being, special needs programs, cross-cultural and psychological testing. She is responsible for in teaching and learning, evaluation activities in undergrad and postgrad counseling program, and consultation projects. She is also a registered counselor in Malaysia. Jennie Miller, New Zealand Country Representative. As a career consultant and CDANZ President Jennie is a vocal advocate for the importance of social equity through lifelong access to career development services. She combines her two fields of interest and expertise - business leadership and career counselling - to advocate for CDANZ members, the career development industry, and all New Zealanders, in a fast-changing policy environment under a new government. Alongside her CDANZ responsibilities Jennie works largely in corporate and government contracts for restructures and closures, with individual adults in transition, topped off with a sprinkling of teens and young adult clients. With a business degree in marketing and business psychology, her earlier career encompassed roles in marketing and business development, market research, financial control, and IT sales and training, across a range of industries and business models. Elisabeth Montgomery, South China Country Representative, is Nanshan Education Bureau’s first foreign Senior Advisor on Internationalization for public schools 1-12. For over ten years she has innovated education groups in Shenzhen’s central Special Economic Zone. Specializing in school-based curricula design training, Green STEAM programs and implementation of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. She serves as Foreign Deputy Vice Principal for South China University of Science and Technology (SUSTECH Education Group). She is the founder of several model international programs in Shenzhen’s premier high schools. Specializations include career supervision and training of education providers; International college preparedness and placement; Job search, job shadows and internships; and Social Entrepreneurship. Chau Nguyen, Vietnam Country Representative, has 15 years working experience in the education sector. For ten of these years she has worked as the Student Recruitment Manager at RMIT University Vietnam. The unit acts like the bridge between the university and 400 high schools across Vietnam. Her biggest achievement was her success in leading her team in building strong relationships with those schools’ leaders, teachers, and students. Chau’s passion includes recruiting through the practice of engaging with the schools and students via useful extra curriculums activities in career orientation. Yoshinobu Ooi, Japan Country Representative, MBA, CDA, is a freelance career development support and management consultant.  After obtaining a master's degree in electronic information engineering from Toyama Prefectural University, he worked continuously for over 20 years at a Japanese telecommunications company.  Mr. Ooi acquired CDA qualification when assigned to the HR department in charge of new employee training and supported a wide range of people from career development for university students to company employees He is a member of the Japan Career Development Association.  Contact Mr. Ooi at Japan@AsiaPacificCDA.org

Claire Ouyang, Macau Area Representative, PhD,  is the Chairperson and founder of the Macao Career Development Association. She received her PhD in counseling psychology at the University of Macao. Her current practicum and research has been focused on career counseling for adolescents and emerging adults and career education in middle school settings. Chavi Bhargava Sharma, North India Representative, Professor, PhD, is Executive Representative & Dean- Faculty of Behavioral & Social Sciences, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Studies and Trustee & Secretary of the Dr. O.P. Bhalla Foundation- A community Initiative of Manav Rachna Educational Institutions. She has a Ph.D. in Psychology with 29 years of experience.  She is a practicing psychologist and psychotherapist and a Mindler-certified International Certified Career Coach. She is an educational intrapreneur. She has set up schools of Management Studies, Behavioral and Social Sciences, and Liberal Arts which offer programs such as MBA, Hotel Management, Psychology, Economics, Social Work, and Liberal Arts. She was involved in two educational startups, Amity University, Rajasthan, and Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad. In addition, she has been instrumental in creating a philanthropic foundation and has implemented many projects and schemes for nation building and community service. Neil Wu, East China Representative, R&D Senior Consultant of PAC Shanghai Company, is responsible for R&D management of assessment products, education training, and consulting services. Working closely with professors from Shanghai Fudan University, East China Normal University, Shanghai Normal University and other top universities. Mr. Wu graduated from the Department of Psychology, Zhongzheng University of Taiwan. Worked as a research assistant in the Cognitive Science Research Center and participated in research projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Bory You, Cambodia Country Representative, is the President of Talent Excellence Development Partner Co, LTD. She has over 16 years’ experience in the banking industry, working in human resource and talent management for Canadia Bank PLC. Ms You has a master’s degree in Finance and bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the National University of Management, Phnom Penh. She is a Certified Behavioral and Career Consultant, Instructor of Job Career Transition Coach, Job Career Development Coach, and Certified Trainer for Women Entrepreneur Leadership Program by ILO. Marilyn Maze, Executive Representative of APCDA, PhD, is a Principal of PsyCoun Institute. She has organized the annual APCDA Conference since its inception, conducted numerous research projects on hot labor market and career counseling issues, and presented at international conferences. Marilyn received the President’s Award from NCDA in 2016, the NCDA Credentialing Commission Service Award in 2016, and the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Maryland Career Development Association in 2010. Emily Rose L. Lizada, Administrator of APCDA is a Career Advisor in the Office of Placement and Career Services at Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines since 2011.  She is a licensed Psychometrician.  Emily is a recipient of Excellence Award for Professionals in Ateneo de Manila University for school year 2017-2018. She is an active professional and formator in Ateneo serving as Retreat Guide in the Office of Campus Ministry and core team member/Homeroom Adviser for Introduction to Ateneo Culture and Tradition (InTACT) – formation subject for first year students.  Emily worked as Guidance Counselor and Student Activity Coordinator at John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University from 2001 to 2011.
