Momoko Asaka (Adult Proposal), CEO of Veriteworks, graduated in Arts in Library and Information Science from Keio University, Japan. JCDA Certified Career Development Adviser, JPA Certified Psychologist, Mental Health Legal Advisor, Health and Productivity Management Advisor. Started an independent business after working as a medical corporation staff, HR staff of a large company, an HR director of a private IT company. She has participated in all the conferences since 2013 and held many leadership roles. She hopes to contribute to the welcoming community spirit of APCDA.
Felicity Brown (Adult Proposal) has been based in Asia for 19 years including Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan and currently in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Felicity has worked at RMIT University Vietnam since 2014 where she is the Manager, Career Consulting and Development. She holds a Masters of Career Development from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia and also runs a career coaching and facilitation business, Maia Careers and Training, developing mid-career professional women. A professional member of CDAA, NAGCAS and APCDA, Felicity is passionate about working crossÂ-culturally and helping clients develop personally meaningful careers in times of change.
Ngoc Bui (College Proposals) is a lecturer at the faculty of Biology and Biotechnology (FBB), School of Science, Vietnam University, Ho Chi Minh. She has been a faculty assistant since 2015 and is responsible for operating a student career & professional development program, establishing and maintaining industrial relationships, designing the career guidance program, and organizing student activities at FBB. Moreover, Ms Bui is a core member of the academic development team for rebuilding the academic curriculum, building up the student exchange program, and composing a self-assessment report for ASEAN University Network (AUN) Accreditation..
Natalie Kauffman (Adult Proposal), M.S., NCDA Certified Career Counselor™, FCD-I, NCC, NCCC, GCDF-I, has been providing comprehensive career counseling, education & transition solutions to the global community for more than 35 years. Her digitally fluent and face-to-face experiences continually infuse the eight domains of wellness as well as aequanimitas; being able to successfully pivot and remain calm in the never-ending and ever-changing needs of the workplace. Natalie's career development work has traversed business, government, education & NPO settings. As former APCDA Newsletter Editor, she continues to edit and write for our weekly emailed Career Developments publication. She is also an active member of the National Career Development Association Global Connections Committee's leadership. Natalie’s M.S. in Applied Behavioral Counseling with a Career Counseling concentration is from The Johns Hopkins University. She also holds Job and Career Development/Transition Coaching certification through The Career Development Network.
Yevgeniya Kim (Adult Proposal) has a BA in English Teaching, MA of International Journalism and Mass Communications majoring in PR, and an Executive Degree in Business Administration. She is an experienced administrator with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in intercultural communication, analytical skills, organizational development, event management, and career advising, Yevgeniya is currently an advisor to vice-provosts and Coordinator of Integrity Project at Nazarbayev University in Kazakhstan. Living and working in Kazakhstan, Yevgeniya has worked with students, educators and industry leaders to come up with new and imaginative ways to promote student professional development and integrity.
Poh Li Lau, PhD (School & General Proposals) is a senior lecturer in Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling at University of Malaya. She received her BA and PhD in Counseling from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. Her research interests include career counseling, positive psychology, resilience and well-being, special needs programs, cross-cultural and psychological testing. She is responsible for in teaching and learning, evaluation activities in undergrad and postgrad counseling program, and consultation projects. She is also a registered counselor in Malaysia.

His strength is to use social media to interact and convey career messages to students. He currently manages the community of more than 150,000 vocational students on Facebook and he is the career manager at TopCV - the number one recruitment platform in Vietnam. He is also guest lecturer to many big universities in Vietnam.
Serene Lin-Stephens (School & General Proposals) is a career educator, researcher, and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She advocates inter-discipline and inter-cutural collaboration. The extensive collaboration she has with universities in Australia and the Asia Pacific region has led to award winning outcomes that benefit the wider career and employability communities, such as the APCDA Glossary Project, Univative, and various studies on career information literacy, visual narrative interventions, and employment-related anxiety.
Morakane Madiba (School & General Proposals) the founder of Ubuntu/ Uhuru Career Guidance and Learning NPC, South Africa. Project interests are stakeholder engagement and social learning for sustainable development and the common good, and monitoring and evaluation of projects.
Marose Macaraan (College Proposals) is a University Counselor of De La Salle University College of Law. She is a registered guidance counselor, licensed psychometrician and a professional teacher. Currently, the Auditor of Philippine Association of Counselor Education, Research and Supervision, Inc. (PACERS). She was the former chair of the Student’ Career-Industry Linkage and Placement in the University of Santo Tomas. She took her Bachelor's and Master's degree in the University of Santo Tomas and graduated with honors. She loves mentoring the youth in aspects of personal growth and development. Her current research interests include mental health and career development programs for legal education students.
Izwal Mazlan (College Proposals) is the Head of Graduate Employability at Taylor’s University, Malaysia. He studied Human Sciences from International Islamic University Malaysia and has worked for ExxonMobil Malaysia. Prior to joining Taylor's University, he was the Graduate Recruitment Manager for HSBC Malaysia, overseeing their Management Development Programme, Undergraduate Internship Programme, Graduate Assessment Centre, and other related graduate recruitment initiatives. He currently holds the dual hats of being the Secretary, and Head of Learning and Professional Development for the Career Development Centre Club (CDCC) Malaysia.

Effrosyni Parampota (Adult Proposal) is a global citizen with more than 20 years of diverse experience. As a career development expert and a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion advocate, Effrosyni works on untapping career guidance potentials to improve the transition of People with Disabilities into Labor Market systems, create more opportunities to grow their skills, make informed choices about their professional future and encourage employers to create inclusive workplaces. Her latest research focused on the impact of infertility on women leaders’ career aspirations.
An accredited professional by NCDA and CCE, a professional member of NCDA, IAEVG, APCDA, CDI, the Institute of Leadership & Management, and a member of APCDA Program Committee, Effrosyni has served in the technical committees of four national forums on career guidance. Effrosyni resides in Qatar and for the last decade she works with Qatar Career Development Center, a member of Qatar Foundation. Her work focuses on developing impactful projects, producing literature based on research, and fostering strategic partnerships locally and abroad. Currently she coordinates the development of a set of national level projects including the National Career Guidance Framework and a Qualification Programme for Career Practitioners in collaboration with an international educational consortium.
She has authored and co-authored various publications and delivered numerous presentations that enrich and support career planning practices, as well as influence policymaking within the State of Qatar. She is an alumna of INSEAD and Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education.
Carla S. Siojo (Adult Proposal) was formerly the Director of the Office of Placement and Career Services at the Ateneo de Manila University for 6 years. She earned both a Bachelor of Arts Major in Psychology and Master of Arts Major in Pastoral Ministry: Family Ministry and Counseling at the Ateneo de Manila University. She has served as the Philippine Area Representative for several years and as APCDA President in 2019. She is involved with other professional organizations such the National Career Development Association (NCDA), Association of Placement Practitioners of Colleges and Universities (APPCU) in the Philippines, and the Career Development Association of the Philippines (CDAP).
Li Fern Tong (College Proposals) is a Lecturer and Counselor at HELP University, Malaysia. Ms. Tong graduated from Charles Sturt University with a bachelor’s in Business. She was in the marketing industry for 5 years before pursuing her master’s in Counselling from HELP University. Before she embarked on an academic career, she had been in the people management-consulting field, where she counseled, coached and trained corporate clients. Ms. Tong continues to provide these services to students and corporate clients. She is interested in the area of developing future-proof people skills learning. She lectures in and supervises interns of the master’s in Counseling program.
